Replacement Dwelling, North Yorkshire
This replacement dwelling in the countryside was designed to maximise the fantastic views over the Vale of Mowbray. The project involved the demolition of an existing 1960s suburban-style property and replacement with a traditional country house and associated landscaped gardens.

Just a few miles outside of York, FloCoe design and make unique, beautiful, interiors. With Flo’s background in graphic design and growing up with photographer parents, she has a wonderful eye for design; from more traditional styles with a unique touch, to more modern, contemporary ideas, she is passionate about creating stunning spaces.

Planning approval for new build dwelling in York
We are delighted to receive planning approval for a new build dwelling in Strensall Conservation Area in York. The approval marks the culmination of a long process for the clients who originally explored options for the site back in 2020.
