OUR SERVICES
Trusted expertise with over 30 years' experience
Bramhall Blenkharn Leonard is a RIBA Chartered architecture practice based in Malton, North Yorkshire, working across the country house, conservation and heritage sector. Our work spans new build, extension, restoration and adaptive reuse, with particular depth in listed buildings and private estates.
Our team draws on a range of specialisms within architecture, which allows us to navigate the specific demands of each project. This spans Passivhaus and low-energy design, conservation and heritage casework, and country house architecture, with project teams put together to match what a particular building or client needs at each stage of the work.
As architects, we also act as lead consultant, coordinating the wider team a project needs. Depending on the brief, that might include a planning or heritage consultant, ecologist, landscape or interior designer, quantity surveyor, structural engineer or M&E consultant. We work with contacts across these disciplines built up over many years of projects, and can bring together architectural, planning and heritage, cost planning, interior and landscape services as needed.
Whether the project is a new house, an extension or alteration, or a full renovation, and whether or not the property is listed, we'd welcome the chance to discuss it. An overview of our services is set out below.
