New stone country house in the Vale of York

Set within the rural landscape of the Vale of York, this new country house is designed with quiet confidence. Built from local stone and natural materials, it feels rooted in place while offering light-filled, contemporary interiors.

Large windows frame views of the countryside, and generous yet intimate spaces provide both connection and retreat. Internally, there is clarity: a few generous gathering spaces, more intimate rooms for retreat, and circulation that feels considered rather than forced. The plan supports family life, social gatherings, and quiet moments in equal measure.
