The brief for the project was to develop the site at Fawcett's Yard for residential use. The site contained a mix of lock up garages, stores and a two storey workshop/storage building. The site is an oddly shaped, largely triangular site,  surrounded by residential buildings to 3 sides and St Roberts Church and car park to the south.
