We do not currently have open vacancies, although we encourage applicants to apply if they meet the criteria listed below. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the finest residential projects in North Yorkshire and based in a friendly open plan attic studio office in the heart of Malton - 'Yorkshire's food capital!'

RIBA Part I & II Architectural Assistants and Architects

Applicants should apply if they meet all of the following criteria.

Requirements:

• RIBA Part 1,2 & 3 degree at a UK or European University

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Sketching ability and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Office based position, no applications for remote working

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Understanding of UK building regulations and planning system

• Working knowledge of Graphisoft Archicad 

 

Salary

We offer a competitive salary in line with RIBA Salary Guide. Fees for PEDR recording are paid for by the practice and we will support your career development.

Junior Architectural Technologist

We are looking for junior technologists to join our team. You will be working on a variety of project scales from medium size domestic extensions and alterations to large country houses and Estates.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree at a UK or European University

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Good technical skills

• Excellent presentation skills and technical drawing capability

• Office based position, no applications for remote working

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Understanding of UK building regulations and planning system

• UK driving license and car

• Working knowledge of Graphisoft Archicad

 

Salary

To suit level of experience and in line with salary guides. The practice will support you to achieve MCIAT.
