The Hub – Lincolnshire
A competition feasibility study for a new Arts Centre and Studio workshops, based around the regeneration of a canal side warehouse. The existing building contains most core activities, augmented by new build exhibition space and offices. The first floor is cantilevered over the canal side, providing dramatic views ad sheltering a Café terrace below.
